I was approached by Dan Lucey and Jon Marshall, at the time with Saatchi&Saatchi and DiMassimo in NY, to photograph a spec for a Dutch beer company. The concept: A beer ad with non-traditional blondes. I liked one-of-a kind.

It was the 1st proper meal I've had with them in a decade. We ate goat liver, intestines, steak, goat shoulder, and roasted jalapenos aka chiles toreados. All in tacos. We were the only customers in the restaurant. It was a weekday night. Thanks to the gentleman for pushing the button.
